He also is very experienced and knowledgeable about lettings and is always polite and willing to communicate and provide support during the property management process.

Daniel was very attentive to works that had been carried out, but also works that could be done to improve the valuation. Time was taken to view the whole house in a very professional manner giving sound advice. We would not hesitate to use Daniel if and when we decide to relocate properties. Many thanks.

I met other Estate Agents as well and I must say I was very impressed with Danny. A family member sold my house in the end but I definitely would have gone with Danny otherwise as I do actually think we would have done an amazing job for me. Danny was the only one from any of the estate agents that I saw (Sharman Quinney and Cooke’s) that was still interested in my journey and having sold my house now - what helped me was the commitment and communication along the way and Danny even phoned me and congratulated me on my move. He is definitely worth trusting in. But overall, Danny truly was interested in my house and saw the potential and gave me the best price, when the others wanted to sell for much less. agreed with me on how much my house was worth and it sold within 10 weeks, start to finish.
