The lowest by far was Fine and Country, Knight Frank came in at the top and I was dubious due to variance. However Oliver Beales seemed very confident that his valuation was correct and sure enough I agreed a sale very close to asking price after just 4 weeks and the sale went through without any issues. Needless to say I was extremely happy with the service received from Oliver at Knight Frank and very glad I went with them. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
