I have received outstanding service from Knight Frank. The Bristol team is as good as their word and they actually mean what they say. They have been helpful, loyal and supportive throughout. I want to single out esp. Robin Engley who kept patiently bearing with me during my year-long search for a new home and did not forget me, when he thought that the perfect place for me was coming along. His loyalty and professionalism cannot be commended highly enough. I also want to thank esp. the sales progressor Rachael Hancock who with her firm but always friendly-supportive approach kept everything moving along the at times very uneven road. Her upbeat positive attitude was so helpful and a beam of light in times of stress. I feel immense gratitude to both Robin and Rachael. Thank you both and thank you Knight Frank for exemplary service and professionalism.
