At haart of Bristol, as part of the UK's largest independent estate agents, we help thousands of people buy or sell their homes through our branch network.
We offer a range of services, including financial and legal support, property valuations, and more. As members of The Property Ombudsman, we are committed to providing top-quality customer service. haart is here to help meet all your property needs, whatever stage you are at in your journey.
We take a different approach. Rather than rushing straight to the open market, we prepare every detail for maximum impact.
Our showcase™ strategy follows a 15-step phased launch over two weeks, carefully building momentum before your home goes live. Every stage is designed to lead to the key moment, the Launch Event, when motivated buyers are invited to view your home.
That's when equitymaximiser™ comes into play, guiding the negotiation process and ensuring every offer is handled carefully and professionally, helping both buyers and sellers move forward with confidence.
The result? More serious buyers, stronger offers, and the best outcome for your home.

- AGAdrien Glz2 days ago5.0Great company, Lily was very helpful during the whole moving process from start to finish. I highly recommend Haart if you looking to for somewhere to live in Bristol.
- JDJordan DolingOct 12, 20261.0Sends spam letters out that look handwritten claiming they have an interested buyer... Behaviour of scammers, dont trust.
- RWRupert Stubbs WorkAug 27, 20265.0Nicola was a hugely reassuring presence all the way through the letting process. This was greatly appreciated as it is my first time letting out my place. Nicola had exactly the knowledge, contacts and empathy I needed. I look forward to her help in the years ahead!
- LWLilli W-DAug 25, 20265.0What a fabulous company! Both Lily and Nichola went above and beyond to help me secure a house let, going the extra mile to ensure I was updated throughout the entire process. Getting the property wouldn’t have been possible without the determination and commitment Haart display to their clients - we appreciate everything that was done! I highly recommended this company to anyone planning on making their next move! Thank you so much again guys!☺️
- RCRodrigo CarvalhoAug 3, 20261.0Extremely disappointed with the service from Haart Estate Agents. My family booked two separate viewings, and on both occasions the agent failed to show up. The latest appointment was today, and we were left waiting for almost 50 minutes with no one there to meet us. This is simply unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for people’s time. The agent responsible was Joseph. If appointments cannot be honoured, customers should at least be informed in advance instead of being left waiting. I hope this review helps others know what to expect before choosing this branch.
Frequently Asked Questions About haart Estate and Lettings Agents Bristol
What makes haart the right estate agent for me?
With haart, you'll have a local expert by your side, honest advice you can trust, and a team that genuinely cares about getting you the best result. And with smart marketing behind it all, we'll help you move forward with confidence.
How will you market my property?
Your home will be professionally photographed, listed on all the major property portals, and promoted to our database of active buyers or renters. We also use our exclusive FLINK technology to target people scrolling on social media, even those not actively looking.
How do your fees work when selling a property?
Our selling fees are transparent and agreed upfront - no hidden extras. You'll only pay when your property sells, and we'll explain exactly what's included, so you can move forward with confidence.
What's the best way to get a valuation on my home?
You can book a free, no-obligation expert valuation via our webiste. Or, if you're just curious, try our instant online estimate for a quick idea of your home's value. Head to our website to get started.
What's the difference between an online instant valuation and an expert one?
An instant valuation gives you a quick estimate based on data like postcode and property type. An expert valuation is more accurate - we visit your home in person and base our advice on its condition, layout, and local buyer demand.
Can I list my home with more than one estate agent?
You can, but it's not always the best move. Multiple listings can confuse buyers and dilute your marketing. We recommend a sole agency approach for a stronger launch and more focused results.
Will I have a single point of contact during the sale?
Yes. You'll work with a dedicated property expert who manages your sale from start to finish. They'll keep you informed, guide you through offers, and make sure the process runs smoothly.
What industry bodies are haart associated with?
haart is proud to hold membership and accreditation with trusted industry bodies such as The Property Ombudsman, SAFEagent, ARLA Propertymark’s Client Money Protection scheme, and the CTSI-Approved Code Scheme. We also subscribe to the Trading Standards Primary Authority Services. These trusted affiliations demonstrate our ongoing commitment to professionalism, transparency and the highest standards in property services.
Do you offer mortgage advice?
We can refer you to Just Mortgages who offer mortgage advice. Whether you're buying your first home, moving on, or investing, we'll put you in touch with someone who can offer clear, practical advice every step of the way.
Why should I trust haart of Bristol?
haart is part of the UK’s largest independent, family-owned property group with over 30 years of experience. Our expertise is built on local knowledge, decades of trusted results, and over 5,000 hours of staff training each year, so you always deal with a qualified professional. With over 100,000 five-star reviews across our branch network, we’re recognised for delivering expert advice and providing a comprehensive range of services.
