    We'd previously had real problems with Andrews, but recently Owen took over management of our block and things have improved. He's extremely proactive and manages things very well in the background. Thank you Owen.

    Viewed a flat in Barter Close Kingswood, and I was shocked to discover the condition of the communal areas which are managed by Andrews. This is a total embarrassment for the company, and they should be ashamed that they have allowed the building get into that condition when the leaseholders pay £1600 A year in Maintenance fees. The property manager, Carolyn Williams clearly doesn’t do much managing… the conditions were disgraceful it was so mouldy it made me wheezy and it stank of weed. The building was built in 2007 for reference.

    Incompetence of the highest level. Staff turnover is shocking which says it all. Be prepared to go into legal battle to get them to do anything. Do not buy a leasehold property if managed by Andrews.

    The worst management company I ever worked with. Try to resolve a problem with the team and they ignored my phone/email. I tried calling them everyday for 3 months and they never pick up. Issue still not resolved. NEVER used them. Poor service, not responsive
