I am a landlord and a client of Hart for over 10 years and unfortunatly the agent looking after my property left. I must say see was excellent at her job. Then my property was obviously just passed on to someone with no idea what is going on. I did email the new contact left to me but got no response so i called up and got a lady with a management title saying ' not sure what you want me to do about it'. Well I am paying full management so i would expect you to know what you should be doing about it. I am now in the process of trying to find a capable agent to help me.
