- KTKaren ThomasMay 8, 20261.0The most unprofessional agents that I've dealt with, marketed the property with them which is in Bracknell failed to inform us of this at the time of marketing the property that they do not have a sales team at present in Bracknell and they market properties from Maidenhead. Said they had viewings, we then had to chase them for feedback to then be told by the Central admin team as you can never speak to anyone in branch that there wasn't any viewings, even though they sent texts to advise of viewings taking place. Took incorrect photos of someone else's garden and marketed with our property. When disinstructing them it took a day and numerous telephone calls later to find out who had our keys as between Bracknell office and Maidenhead noone knew where the keys were. Unprofessional organisation in my opinion would not recommend
