My initial contact with them a couple of years ago, and again a few months ago, was professional and friendly. However, I chose to proceed with another agent as their rates were more competitive. Despite repeatedly asking to be removed from their marketing list, both by phone and email, I have continued to receive calls. Adnan in particular has continued to contact me despite being clearly told not to. This persistence is frustrating and intrusive, and I have now had to block their number. I would advise the company to respect customers’ communication preferences and honour requests to stop contact.
