  I spoke to Katie and Krystal from this estate agency and unfortunately found their customer service extremely disappointing. They were not helpful and came across as very rude and dismissive throughout the conversation. When I explained that I was unhappy with the service I had received I was met with laughter rather than any attempt to understand or resolve my concerns. I found this completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The level of customer service was very poor and I genuinely feel staff need further training on how to communicate with customers respectfully and professionally. I would expect much better from an estate agency.

  This estate agent has been awful, and I would never use them again. I only moved into the property last month and I’m already looking for somewhere else to live. I’ve rented for years with no issues with other estate agents and I have never experienced anything like this. When I moved in, the property had numerous damages that were not disclosed in the inventory, and the condition of the house was a complete misrepresentation of what I was led to expect. There were several maintenance issues that should have been resolved before I moved in, but they weren’t. Both toilet seats were broken for over five weeks and couldn’t simply be replaced because of the unusual shape and boxed-in fittings. The patio doors wouldn’t close properly, and I was repeatedly told it was because of the hot weather. Eventually, one evening they wouldn’t close at all, meaning the property was left unlocked overnight while I was at home with my 8 year old child. When I contacted haart, I was told it could take another 24 hours before anyone attended. The issue was only resolved after I spoke to the Wolverhampton branch. I’ve also received an arrears letter despite paying my rent on time. When I queried it, I was then given a completely different rent due date over the phone, one that doesn’t match the tenancy agreement I signed. The problems have been constant. Because of the way the property has been managed, it gives the impression that the landlord is a slum landlord. In reality, I don’t believe the landlord is even aware of the many issues with the property, as I can’t see how they could be if they were being kept properly informed. To make matters worse, the previous tenant’s soiled nappies were still left in the recycling bin, along with broken furniture that isn’t easy for me to move or dispose of myself. I requested that these be removed, but my request has been ignored. The property was also advertised as having been professionally cleaned before I moved in. It clearly hadn’t been. The house was dirty throughout and nowhere near an acceptable standard. Overall, the service has been appalling. I genuinely don’t understand how so many mistakes can be made in such a short space of time. I had doubts before signing the tenancy and something told me to walk away. I wish I’d listened. I’m now looking to leave as soon as possible. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this branch if you’re considering renting through haart.
