- RHRoss HendersonMay 16, 20261.0Unreliable, don't bother. Made an online appointment for a valuation of my property. Received a call two days before confirming the appointment. Called back the day before, and the appointment was confirmed to me again. On the day of the valuation however, after waiting 1/2 hour past the appointment time i called the office to be told they are very sorry but have no record of the appointment!!!!!!!

We have never contacted Haart about selling our property, so how they got hold of his number I don’t know?! We are selling with another agent and don’t like the desperation from Haart trying to get us to sell with them.

Although they confirmed the refund on 28th April, they haven't clicked 'release' in the TDS system, forcing me to wait until May 27th. This is not 'resolving as a priority' – this is financial harassment causing financial hardship!!! UPDATE: The agency replied to this review asking me to call a 'management team' in Northampton, but nobody is answering the phone. This seems to be just a PR move to look good in public while they still withhold my £1,442.30. Avoid at all costs! Absolutely disgraceful service from haart Estate and Lettings Agents Bedford. It has been over 6 weeks since my tenancy ended at 45 Pendennis Road. Despite receiving written confirmation on 28th April that my deposit of £1,442.30 was processed, the funds have still not arrived. They are now ignoring my emails and a Formal Complaint. Now I'm being forced to escalate the matter to the Property Ombudsman and the TDS. Avoid this agency if you want to see your money back.

They struggle to facilitate a simple deposit transfer (in breach of the law) and communication is non existent, multiple calls to their office and northampton office to no avail, email responses take weeks unless you send them a threatening email.
