  Absolutely appalling to work with. Do not go near. I tried selling my property through Haart, they sold me the dream! Said they had a lot of clients waiting, they promised me a booming Open House day. I had 3 viewings in 3 months, 1 Open House that was cancelled last minute and the team desperate to reduce my house price by 25k! Way below what a 4 bed should be in my area. Sales Agent Tom, ghosted me often, never turned up to appointments. He just kept telling me that no one wants to live in my area. The branch just ignore you, even my formal complaints were just responded to with false promises. Only 1 nice thing that came out of this experience was Rihannah, she was the Academy Consultant who was put on my house. She worked very hard, she listened, and she tried. But she needed support. Do not use Haart :)

From the very beginning, Charlotte has been outstanding. She has been proactive, knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for us.   Georgia arrive on time to her appointment with me. She was very pleasant and professional. She had prepared some examples of other house prices for comparison to show me which was very helpful. It showed that she hadn’t just turned up without preparing. She was knowledgeable about the area and other houses on the market and offered valuable advice about selling our property in the future. She wasn’t rushed and answered all my questions. She gave me a verbal valuation and reasons behind it and said she would follow it up with a written copy, which I look forward to receiving shortly. She gave me confidence on your company and I would certainly consider Haart when I come to sell the property.
