    Andrews were an absolute pleasure to work with on my house purchase and thanks to the hard work and diligence of Sophie Holwill, we will be completing within 5 weeks of offer accepted. Sophie was incredibly professional and a friendly face throughout the whole process - she was really communicative, proactive, supported me in understanding next steps & was the coordinating arm between all parties. Her ability to build relationships across all parties was critical to this going so smoothly and I also had feedback from my solicitor that she was great to work with. We honestly couldn’t have got this done at this pace without her!

    Over the years I have been dealing with Andrews Letting and Management and I have always had great positive action and response, Monica Bruton is very knowledgeable about the accommodation market in Bath and is always happy to answer any concerns or questions I have had. I have also had many conversations with the property managers in particular Chloe Mead who understands both the tenant and owners situation regarding rentals and is always positive and quick to respond to any issues. The team is managed by Dan Weatherhogg who I have spoken to in the office over the years and is always approachable and helpful. Well done to the team at Andrews (Central) Bath
