    Outstanding service through a 9-month journey. Jake was excellent throughout! I cannot recommend Jake, Keith, and the Bear Flat team highly enough. I first started the process of buying a Victorian house in Bath back in January, and over the course of a nine-month journey leading up to completion in October, Jake was consistently great and kept the sale in motion where others might not. This purchase brought its share of complex negotiations and unpredictable hurdles due to chain issues and debates with the sellers. Jake handled every step of the process with exceptional professionalism and great humour. We spent countless hours discussing options. Jake managed to represent his clients well whilst still being fair to me as the buyer, which I appreciated. I had the impression he was encouraging the sellers to keep the sale moving. Even when my response to the sellers created work for Jake, he remained approachable and honest. I also want to note that Jake went well above and beyond standard expectations for communication with the buyer, as the selling agent.     We had a brilliant experience with Andrews Bear Flat when selling our house recently. Emily Snell and Sophia Robinson both did an excellent job from the valuation right through to completion. Professional, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and hard working, Emily and Sophia gave us great advice and kept us informed all the way through, responding quickly to any questions that we had. We have now used Andrews Bear Flat to buy a house and sell a house and both times were seamless and stress free and I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again in the future. Very highly recommended.
