  Paddy was great throughout the whole mortgage application and process. He explained everything well, broke it down into simple bite size steps for us, and made it easy for us to switch mortgages across.   As a first time buyer, the mortgage process was completely new to me, but Paddy made everything so much easier. He took the time to explain every step in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and always made me feel at ease. It was a long process to finally get a property, but Paddy was patient, approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his friendly, supportive approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward from start to finish. Kelvin made the entire process completely painless from start to finish and was completely transparent about any related costs which massively helped us in making a decision.
