- LNLiege NonatoJan 22, 20261.0Purchased a home in 2024, and at just 1.5 years old we’ve already had multiple serious issues. Right around the one-year mark we dealt with three leaking sprinkler pipes, HVAC problems, and now a leak in the master bathroom. For a home at this price point, this level of poor workmanship is unacceptable. What’s even more disappointing is that Toll Brothers did not do right by us when these issues came up. The support and accountability simply weren’t there once the initial warranty period passed. This experience has completely turned us off from the brand. Never buying a home from Toll Brothers again, and I would strongly recommend potential buyers think twice before choosing them.

It's 100% fixable but they don't want to spend the money/time to make it right. It's really unfortunate to love your home and realize how quick & cheap they are when it comes to very fixable land items. I would not recommend based on our current situation. Look for another neighborhood even if it is Toll. This is a local team issue
