They truly love the residents and want to take care of them. Zai, Tanya and Jackie are gems! 2. Walking distance to all the fun downtown! 3. Quick turnaround on maintenance requests. 4. All of the fun events and brunches the apartment hosts for their residents each month! We always looked forward to seeing what new activities they came up with. 5. The cultural enrichment reimbursement program. This was a massive perk for our family! 6. The free book every month! 7. The residents are all very friendly! The list goes on but these were our favorite things. I highly recommend this community!

Great people who care about the residents and super fair pricing for the area and the complex. Couldn't say any bad things about this place. Stoked to do another year here!

They keep our complex so clean, everyone is so friendly and I have made so many new friends (below with my neighbor and now best friend). I feel completely safe and I love all the many extra amenities. And of course you can't beat the location. Just steps to great restaurants, live music venues, shopping, free summer concerts and all the fun activities that downtown offers year round.
