  Elizabeth Martin was my selling agent when I chose to relocate from Dekalb County to Cherokee County, Georgia. Elizabeth has been "Cherokee County's Realtor of the Year" (more than once) and I knew I was in capable hands. Elizabeth's sales marketing campaign included professional videos, photos, and pamphlets featuring my home with a strong online presence. Elizabeth's sound advice and her keen knowledge regarding pricing and negotiations were invaluable during this process. My home was quickly under contract and sold at the asking price. Highly recommend!

  Elizabeth and Lana did an amazing job! The contractor she used was not only fast, but affordable. The listing online was beautiful- I felt like my 1300 sq/ft house was on an episode of Cribs! The offers started coming in 4 days, and we signed in less than six weeks from the day the contractor started. Cannot thank you guys enough- Great Job!!
