  I can't say enough of how David Steele and Associates went WAY beyond the ordinary in selling our home. Dealing with difficult circumstances, repairs, and a time crunch of us moving on top of that, David was always professional and kind. If it were not for his persistence to "get things done" and his encouragement, honestly, it would have been a mess. Every friend and anyone who asks always gets referred to David Steele & Associates for honest, bulldog tough persistence and kindness that goes WAY beyond the call.   As a property owner using David Steele & Associates as property managers, I can say it's been the best decision. Things run efficiently and smoothly. David and Susan are very professional, honest, organized, and on top of things.

  Working with David and Susan has been a wonderful experience. They are fair, honest and are constantly on top of things. He runs a tight ship but always is easily available and is always in communication. You won't go wrong working with him and his team!
