  Most insulting experience of my life, I had a beautiful 10 year old home on 9 acres that I needed to sell quickly. I reached out for to mark Spain to get a guaranteed offer. Long story short I was told I would only walk away with 5000$ in my pocket and that my home was worth about 180k. I immediately told them no and listed my house with another company for 270k and had multiple cash offers and was under contract in 1 week. Honestly made me feel like they are only in it to put money in THEIR pocket. I understand we are in a business to make profit but they made it apparent that’s all they wanted. Also the 30 minute explanation of the flip power point was absolutely unnecessary.

  I got up one morning and decided that I wanted to sell my home and find another one with land for my children to explore and play on. Dreading the idea if going through the endless process I contacted Mark Spain. The next day a very friendly young lady came to my home to explain my options. I told her exactly what I was looking to do and in less than a month I found the exact home I was looking for and my current home was under contract. I never thought it would go so smoothly. Yes, there were times that my anxiety started to kick in, but my agent assured me that everything was going to work out exactly as planned. Now I'm in the perfect home and I can't thank everyone enough. I highly recomend the courteous and professional staff at Mark Spain. If you're looking to sell or buy these guys know their stuff.
