    Ms. Beverly was awesome,, and always available to answer any questions I had. She got me approved and moved in seamlessly. I really like the apartment complex so far! It is quiet and the ADT home system is a big plus.

    Feb 17th 2026 made a yr since moving to Evergreen Commons…. IMO a hidden gem…. It’s off the main Hwy (138) I tell people, if you’re driving FAST… you’ll miss it…. I LOVE MY 2dbrm/2bth apt, on the ground level….. VERY SPACIOUS!!! The community is nice/quiet/relaxing…. Very pet friendly, haven’t seen many, the ones I’ve seen, are on their leash w/ owner, and not aggressive at all… The PATROL WILL DRIVE THROUGH, LOVE TO SEE IT!!! STAFF IS AMAZING!!! While my vehicle is being serviced… I catch the bus to East Point train station….bout an 8 min walk to the bus stop from 2300 bldg…. I said that because I leave out around 5:40 am…. THE WORD SAFE…. COMES TO MIND…. I have no problems w/ walking at that time of the morning… I PLAN ON BEING HERE FOR A WHILE!!!
