Iām filing a complaint. I was forced to pay a late fee that should not have been applied to my account. I reached out to a week before rent was due to have it removed. Since Ron has been let go no one really answers the phone or cares about the maintenance on the property. The new maintenance guy is short staffed and the thrash is piling up everyday.
