    Where can I begin?? Shoutout to Ms. Beverly who stuck with me through ALLL of the trial and tribulations I put her through. She was patient, gentle and kind to me throughout the whole process. Made me feel like home even before I started the process. Two whole months and she has never made me feel left out. Always made me feel part of the community. She is very insightf And a breath of fresh air! I couldnt of asked for a better consultant and leasing agent. I felt like we bonded in this process seeing that I wasnt the perfect soon-to-be resident. It was such a pleasure working with Beverly. She really is the sweetest and I am not exaggerating. I hope we continue our bond we created and I look forward to working with her again. I recommend Ms. Beverly and thank you again!!!!

    Checked out these apartments while in the area. First thing I'll mention is the lack of entrance. There is no official turning lane when preparing to turn into this complex. The speed limit on the main intersecting street is 45mph but I'm for certain travelers are going well above that which makes it even harder to get over and enter the complex at night because there are not entry lights. The gate, does not work. There is a lumber yard or some kind of warehouse neighboring to this complex and depending on when you happen to leave you can be cut off by the trucks trying to make a turn out onto the same busy road, so you must be an attentive and experienced driver to reside in this area. I see it, it's there but it is not active. This is a big complex, not huge but big, units are separated into streets and smaller buildings. I like that some units have screened in porches. I don't like the condition of the road in some areas. There appears to be ample parking for units but of course things are likely to change at night time. I didn't see a large amount of litter here, but I will say tenants seem to forget they are hauling trash and drop it near the entrance where the bag tends to burst and lay until someone realizes it. I don't know if $1300 is warranted in this area, especially for units built in 2001, so its not old as a lot of neighboring and surrounding complexes but that doesnt dismiss upkeep. Seeing multiple complaints, from tenants in a common point of time, the last 7 months, about maintenance issues, mold issues, alleged falsified work orders rings me having to spend a lot of time calling the Attorney General and months of me begging someone to fix an apartment Im paying for. It sounds like a headache I don't want to have, and ultimately made me question returning to the leasing office.

    My daughter just moved to this community. This is her first apartment. So, I came along with her to do the inspection. I must say I was impressed with the look of the inside of the unit. She had new carpet and new appliances, and it there were No issues. The staff was friendly and prompt. I feel good so far about her moving away from home.

    I normally do not write reviews But, I wanted to thank Dayrise Residential for bringing Ms. Gordon as the Community Manager. I noticed some positive changes in the community's appearance and timeliness of maintenance since she has taken over. I must say she is doing an outstanding job.
