- DMDelawar Mangal6 days ago1.0This is one of the worst places I have lived. The doors and windows are not properly sealed, so you feel outside air all the time, and it makes the apartment uncomfortable. There is also a serious cockroach problem that management does not handle properly. The environment is very noisy—neighbors are loud at all hours, and there is no enforcement of quiet rules. On top of that, the property is very dirty, including common areas and surroundings. The biggest issue is management. At the end of the lease, they try to charge extra fees and make it very difficult to move out, which feels like a scam. Communication is poor, and they do not treat tenants fairly. Overall, this place is not worth the money. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a clean, quiet, and honest place to live.

Además siempre están tratando de mejorar la propiedad para que seguro vea más bonita y acogedora eso es algo que se agradece. Para mí es un excelente lugar. Lo recomiendo!!!

The units are more spacious than one would assume from the outside looking in. The most noise consists of children on the playground after school. They also have sporadic events such as food giveaways to help the community.
