- TBTrista BaileyApr 24, 20265.0I’ve had a great experience living here so far. Since moving in, the team has been very responsive and attentive to my needs. For example, shortly after I moved in, rain caused mud to collect in front of my unit. I sent an email, and by the very next day, maintenance was already out there taking care of it. The staff truly takes residents’ concerns seriously and handles issues with urgency. When I had new flooring installed, an outside contractor accidentally damaged my laundry machine. The new manager stepped in right away and made sure everything was resolved and handled properly through the company. Maintenance has also been consistently reliable. Ivan and another team member (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) are always polite, professional, and efficient. The older gentleman even went out of his way to help me install my washer and dryer when I first moved in, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that a lot of effort goes into maintaining the property. The management team also does a great job keeping residents informed through text updates—whether it’s important announcements or community events like breakfast or food distributions. Overall, they genuinely care about their residents and work hard to create a positive living environment.

My children went to school here. People are friendly. Everything is safe. I had family members lived here. My sister lived here. My grandmother lived here. We went through three management. All nice people and the ones today very friendly very kind and understanding great place to live.
