- VAVicki ASep 18, 20251.0This apartment is a roof over your head and nothing more. It’s filled with bugs and roaches no matter how clean you are. They told me not to use the dishwasher to prevent bugs… that was never the problem. It was the disgustingness of the apartment. The central AC did not work, I filled out a work order. They cut a hole in my ceiling and left it like that for months and never fixed the issue. They only gave me an AC to put in my window for a year and a half. Management is horrendous. They don’t answer the phone ever. You go in person and they give you attitude. Lie about losing your paperwork, so keep all your documents yourself. The pool is never open. The permits are never done. The lights outside in the parking lot are not on so it is pitch black outside. There were several car break ins. There is no security or safety. This is the most unprofessional and mess of an apartment complex.
