  Yesterday, I went to the complex's office and once again received hateful and unprofessional treatment from the secretary. Furthermore, I have noticed that the treatment is worse when one speaks Spanish or is Latino—something I consider inappropriate and concerning.

  I would strongly caution anyone considering living at Terraces at Suwanee Gateway. Even after moving out several years ago, I’m still dealing with issues related to my rental history being reported incorrectly. A balance of $0.01 was recently reported during a rental verification, which is inaccurate and should have been corrected before being submitted. When I called to ask about it, the leasing specialist was extremely rude and stated that she entered “any balance” because she believed I skipped out on rent, which is completely incorrect and very unprofessional. Situations like this can affect someone’s ability to secure housing, so it’s disappointing that the office would report inaccurate information instead of verifying the details first. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here.

  Where do I begin I wasn’t here a full year I broke my lease early, I gave the notice granted that I needed to make the payment I didn’t, but they sent it to collections and they put inaccurate information on there. When I called the collection agency to try and fix it I had them send me a copy of what the terraces sent I called the terrace and (Tracy) the person that sent off the letter to the collection agency acted ask if she was confused. She asked me who did I speak with at the collection agency and I told her and gave them number so said she was going to call and give me a call back. So I waited a couple hours, so then I called the collection agency back and was told that no one called and then I called her back and she to me corporate would have to handle it and that’s not what was stated to me early this is on my credit now with so much inaccurate information to top it off she hung up and then I call back 4 times no answer by far the worst and expensive apartment complex I ever lived in. I wouldn’t dear recommend to anyone. You pay for pest control and they never came not once since I been there. Pay for trash when my son walk to the dumpster to take out the trash as if it’s valet . I can keep going ridiculous. Take heed to the comments.

  This is not a place to live the management Is terrible! They apartments not worth the money they charge at all
