As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot on my mind, and I’m incredibly grateful to Mary, the sales associate, for guiding me every step of the way. Her patience and honesty were invaluable, as she provided all the information I needed. Even when transitioning to a different division, Mary made sure that the promised discounts were promptly addressed. She always responded transparently to my questions, which significantly boosted my confidence throughout the entire process. I also want to give a big shoutout to Mike, my builder. He was exceptional during the entire build! Mike kept me informed at every stage and was always available to accommodate any adjustments I needed. While I understand that a brand-new home can have its quirks, Mike was dedicated to ensuring that any touch-ups I wanted were handled promptly. His respectful and patient approach made our move-in process so much easier. My experience with Ryan Homes has been truly positive, and they made my journey so much more enjoyable! 🏡❤️

As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns throughout the process, and Daniel (sales associate) was a huge help from start to finish. I’m a straightforward person and dislike pushy sales tactics, but Daniel was honest, respectful, and someone I could truly rely on. He took the time to answer every question I had and made me feel confident in my decisions. My builder, Michael, was also fantastic. He walked me through each stage of the build, kept me updated by email, and was willing to work with me whenever I needed something adjusted. Once the home is done, everyone can be picky and want their house to be 100% perfect but the reality is it won’t be, and you have to accept it. That said, if I wanted to touch up on something, Michael was always there to help me get things adjusted and taken care of. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience with Ryan Homes and would recommend working with Daniel and Michael, especially if you’re considering moving into the Park Ridge subdivision.

I was seriously considering purchasing a home at 978 Sugar Vista with Ryan Homes, but unfortunately, my experience with their sales process—particularly with their representative Daniel—was very disappointing. From the start, Daniel came across as pushy and unwilling to engage in a transparent conversation. He repeatedly pressured me to sign the sales contract quickly to secure a "$20,000 discount." However, after reviewing the contract carefully, I realized that this so-called discount was misleading. The $20K is only available if you use their preferred lender—something I was open to—but they expected me to commit and provide a $5,000 earnest money deposit before disclosing the interest rate or full loan terms. That’s a huge red flag. Without knowing the rate, they could easily shift costs elsewhere, effectively negating the "discount." Even more troubling, I was told that the $20K could only be applied toward closing costs, which in my case were estimated at just $5K. So where does the rest of the "discount" actually go? It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic rather than a genuine offer. I walked away from this deal because I value transparency and fair dealing—two things that were clearly lacking here. Buyers should be cautious and make sure to read everything carefully before signing or paying anything.
