Her patience and honesty were invaluable, as she provided all the information I needed. Even when transitioning to a different division, Mary made sure that the promised discounts were promptly addressed. She always responded transparently to my questions, which significantly boosted my confidence throughout the entire process. I also want to give a big shoutout to Mike, my builder. He was exceptional during the entire build! Mike kept me informed at every stage and was always available to accommodate any adjustments I needed. While I understand that a brand-new home can have its quirks, Mike was dedicated to ensuring that any touch-ups I wanted were handled promptly. His respectful and patient approach made our move-in process so much easier. My experience with Ryan Homes has been truly positive, and they made my journey so much more enjoyable! 🏡❤️

I’m a straightforward person and dislike pushy sales tactics, but Daniel was honest, respectful, and someone I could truly rely on. He took the time to answer every question I had and made me feel confident in my decisions. My builder, Michael, was also fantastic. He walked me through each stage of the build, kept me updated by email, and was willing to work with me whenever I needed something adjusted. Once the home is done, everyone can be picky and want their house to be 100% perfect but the reality is it won’t be, and you have to accept it. That said, if I wanted to touch up on something, Michael was always there to help me get things adjusted and taken care of. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience with Ryan Homes and would recommend working with Daniel and Michael, especially if you’re considering moving into the Park Ridge subdivision.
