All questions get answered and very professional. Picking out the colors and the details to customize my home was incredible! Being a part of the building is amazing! The pre construction meeting was nice. Phil went in details thoroughly about the home and left no stone unturned. Can’t wait for the next phase of the build and then the big day of closing and moving! Can’t wait!

The home-buying process can be overwhelming, but they were both so helpful and supportive every step of the way. What stood out the most was their patience; they answered every single one of our questions (and as a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions!) and never made us feel rushed. Also, we entered the Model house many times just to plan our move-in (what to bring, what to leave etc) and they always made us feel comfortable with that. We are so grateful for their guidance and are thrilled with our beautiful new home. Thank you, Minnie, Patrice and Kevion, for making our dream a reality and a smooth process. - JJJulieJul 26, 20252.0Agent on duty Minnie unwelcoming, very hostile, and doesn't appear to like her profession. Her line of questioning was off (she needs some training, she kept asking me the same questions. What I was looking for in a home, the unusual question (where I currently lived (what kind of question is this?)Super weird Minnie! I do NOT appreciate Minnie's attitude, she event insisted I fill out a QR Code and sort of stated you need to fill it out before going upstairs to tour the home. I looked in the bathroom with no tub and walked out. Minnie needs a new profession as she is super judgemental of potential homebuyers' and the approach is just all wrong with the agents here. I do not like it super turned off!
