  Recently moved to the apartments and it’s been great so far , Taj was very helpful and knowledgeable, he made the application process very smooth even with the short window given to move in. Any maintenance issues I’ve had he addressed them promptly. The rest of the staff are welcoming and helpful as well, I like ok forward to leasing here long term and I can’t wait to see all of the changes to come for the betterment of our community.

  My experience during the first 7 months was great—quiet environment, no issues, and a smooth move-in process thanks to Samalia, who was very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience changed significantly under the current manager, Kantricia. Since the transition, I have been charged fees without prior notice or clear justification. When I attempted to dispute these charges and requested supporting documentation, my emails went unanswered and I was threatened with an eviction. I was also informed that management is not required to notify tenants when any charges are applied, despite being charged before you are notified of any violation; which was concerning given the lack of transparency. In addition, there were multiple occasions where individuals were taking photos of my unit using personal devices without explanation, which made me feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about privacy and safety. Most concerning, my personal property— with monetary value—was removed and disposed of under management direction without notice or an opportunity for me to retrieve it. This occurred while I was actively attempting to resolve the issue and waiting for a response. The overall lack of communication, transparency, and accountability has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here under the current management.

  Taj is literally the best leasing agent Ive met in my whole life!!!! From start to finish he was very helpful and got me approved and moved in within 2 weeks!!! Any questions or concerns I had he was there to answer without a hassle . Thanks so much Taj keep up the great work 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

  Overall a horrible experience. It’s chaotic and unorganized. I started the process about a month and a half ago. I had everything that I needed & anytime the paperwork was needed, I would go up there and complete it. Every time they called, it was an issue with the paperwork or correction needed to be made. I know for a fact that I make the money to get this apartment & they make you fill out all these affidavits for tips and gratuity, but their system still makes it to where you can’t be accepted. Every time they called it was a different issue, and I would provide what was needed and they STILL would come up with something else. The issue changed very time. Plus I work another job which I said that I had to paystubs for those they still denied me because I don’t have the 4th one and once denied you have to wait 90 days… and this is supposed to be apartments for people that are already struggling and they make it harder for you to get accepted. 1/10 and the one is for Taj.
