The lady called while she was outside to say she will be in to meet with him in a few minutes. About 5 to 10 minutes later he looks outside to see the lady not in the driveway anymore. My husband called the people he originally made the appointment with and they said the representative said she called and no one answered which was completely false. We had high hopes for Mark Spain but this left a bad taste in our mouths. We will NOT be rescheduling
