  I can’t say enough good things about Alexis at Ballantyne Commons in Stockbridge. Long story short, I was exhausted, stressed, and honestly starting to feel doubtful that I would even find a new place. Then I met Alexis, and everything changed. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and genuinely kind. She took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free during a time when I truly needed it. Her communication was consistent, clear, and professional, and she followed through on everything she said she would do. It didn’t feel transactional, it felt like she actually cared about helping me find the right place and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Because of Alexis, what started as a frustrating and overwhelming situation turned into a smooth and positive transition. If you’re looking for someone who is patient, dedicated, and truly has your best interest at heart, I highly recommend asking for Alexis. She is a gem and absolutely made this experience worth it.

  Had an issue about a puppy I had for 4 days. They told me one thing and did another and then continued to bill me months after even though the dog was gone. New management. They fired the whole office so don’t wanna discuss that. No issues. Few discrepancies why 3 stars. Overall it’s ok

  I recently lived at Ballantyne Commons Apartments, and my experience was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. During my walkthrough, the apartment had old carpet, visible roaches, and dirty floors. I immediately brought this to the office’s attention. I was assured the unit would be cleaned, but the comment made to me about the person who would be doing the cleaning was unprofessional and inappropriate. When my move-in day came, my move-in time was changedwithout notice. When I arrived at the office, the behavior of the staff was unprofessional enough that I should have trusted my instincts and turned away—but unfortunately, I proceeded with the move-in. Once I got into the apartment, I discovered the unit was still roach-infested, and about a month later, in the middle of summer, the A/C stopped working. My apartment would reach 85 degrees at night, and despite multiple service attempts from someone who did not seem properly trained, the issue continued. Eventually, management stopped responding to my emails altogether. The problems didn’t end there. My upstairs and downstairs neighbors were consistently extremely loud. I work third shift, so this made sleeping almost impossible. I reported the noise issues many times but nothing was ever done. I even tried contacting corporate several times, only ever reaching the same person who answered the phone. At one point, after calling law enforcement because the noise was unbearable, I overheard office staff outside my window discussing confidential information about my tenancy with my neighbors. That level of unprofessionalism was shocking. Between the pest issues, A/C failures, lack of communication, unaddressed noise complaints, and highly unprofessional conduct, my experience was overwhelmingly negative. There also seemed to be numerous hidden fees that were not made clear upfront. I do not recommend living at Ballantyne Commons Apartments. My experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and handled poorly at every stage.
