  This experience was great! Every step of the way our sales associate, Joe, was ready and available to answer questions and provide us with insights about the process. When we first came to Clayton, we didn’t know that this was the route we would actually take with our new home journey. We spoke with Joe and told him what we needed for our family. Later that evening he sent us a beautiful home and I immediately knew that was our new home. He was incredibly helpful in process of picking out what we wanted and laying out the utilities for our home. The project was completed promptly and professionally. I could not be happier with our home, the quality for the price, and the services Clayton provides for maintenance issues the first few years. We are incredibly grateful to have walked into Clayton homes on a random afternoon.

Joe was extremely responsive, professional, and attentive to every detail throughout the process. What stood out most was his sincerity and genuine concern.   Got the keys to my home July 31st of this year ! I gotta say the process was stressful, but once the numbers got negotiable everything worked out on its own! Maria had good customer service. (My salesperson) . Brandon did as well, as well as the manager John ,the whole team was excellent support throughout the process, with regular updates , and when I do have any problems or minor problems with my home, Mr.Reggie is called and my problem is handled expeditiously! Thanks for my dream home! I’ve been in my mobile home for three months! And I’m still in love with it like I just got it yesterday! Thank you Clayton for making my experience worth the while , and thank you for a early birthday present to myself ❤️❤️
