Instead of giving you specifics on what they do, I’m going to tell you I have been a property manager, leasing professional, and tenant who has worked at and lived at NUMEROUS properties for my last 30 years and I can FREELY say this property is hands down the best I’ve experienced. From Houston to Atlanta!! Our neighbors are amazing; all walks of life. The maintenance staff, OMG, I love and appreciate them so much. It’s only like 200 and something units but it feels like a lil city. Lot of activities on-site. Even the dumpster smells good. I’ve never seen any pests associated with poor trash management. We love it here! Well worth every penny!! 10/10!
