  I really enjoy living here. The community is clean, safe, quiet, and well maintained. The management team is very responsive and helpful. Special thanks to Dylan. He is professional, easy to communicate with, and truly cares about the residents. He always makes sure everything is taken care of. I have never experienced long term issues with the property. The entry gates, laundry, and common areas are always working properly. Thanks to Dylan and his team for their great work. Highly recommended!

  Every apartment complex has its fair share of issues here and there, Dylan and his team do a great job communicating and getting the job done in a timely manner, when a rare issue arises. Thanks for all you do.

  Dylan and his team are amazing. My wife and I have lived here for over 2 years. We love almost all of it. The thing we dislike, and the only reason I can't rate the complex 5 stars, is they have started leaving the gate open during the day. We pay to live in a gated complex because we love the security and safe feeling we have, but leaving the gate open all day defeats the purpose. Everything else, from the amenities to the affordability is amazing. It's the best complex we have lived in, and would love to stay here for a few more years

  Overpriced. False sense of security. No REAL communication (they just send out email surveys). The gate is frequently broken and when it’s not, people still sneak in behind other cars coming through the gate. People attending Braves games sneak in and take the parking spots. Management always says they “have a plan” to rectify the problem and even made us put stickers on our cars but nothing more has ever been done. There used to be a few nice people in the office but there’s been a whole change of management recently. There are some good neighbors, though. Had it not been for them, I would have left much sooner.
