Dylan and his team are amazing. My wife and I have lived here for over 2 years. We love almost all of it.
The thing we dislike, and the only reason I can't rate the complex 5 stars, is they have started leaving the gate open during the day. We pay to live in a gated complex because we love the security and safe feeling we have, but leaving the gate open all day defeats the purpose.
Everything else, from the amenities to the affordability is amazing. It's the best complex we have lived in, and would love to stay here for a few more years

The main downfall of this property is the management. It’s a lovely community, great location, decent amenities but my 2 years here have turned sour because of management. I moved into Walton grove in July of 2023. I was scheduled to move in on a Monday and I get a call on the Friday before telling me I couldn’t move in because there was damage to the sub flooring in my apartment. I found this to be very unprofessional that they would wait until then to check for any issues in my apartment. They put me and my roommates in a hotel for the inconvenience and that was all resolved. When we finally got to move in a week later, the leasing manager at the time never gave us a formal walkthrough. She scheduled us for a time one day when all roommates would be there and never showed up. Shortly after that she left to a different property. The next leasing manager was Heather and she was absolutely wonderful. Very nice and genuinely wanted to help the community here. She unfortunately left this property as she got a promotion at a different community. The next leasing manager we got is the current one Dylan. At first I was excited because I had great experiences with him in his previous position; however that soon changed. In June of 2024 of my roommates moved out. Ever since then my gate code has not been working. It was working before with no issues and then all of a sudden it just stopped. I went numerous times to the office to ask why my code isn’t working. The only kind and helpful person was Maddy (who also isn’t at this property anymore). The one time I went to Dylan for help, he looked me straight in my face and said “well if it’s not working now it’s just not ever going to work.” He didn’t even try to help me. I told him when my old roommate had issues with her code he immediately gave her access to a pin even though that wasn’t allowed. He told me he can’t do that but for whatever reason that didn’t matter for my old roommate. He offered no solution just changed my code again. It didn’t work after that either. I did not appreciate his lack of concern for my issue since I do pay rent to live here. The least they can do is make sure I have a working gate code. Our lease is up at the end of June and we moved into our new apartment in the middle of June. There was overlap for cleaning and all that for our walkthrough. It has been such a pain to get in contact with them! Me and my roommates have tried numerous times to go to the office to ask for touch up paint and they were never there! The office would be locked. We finally were able to catch them in the office on a Friday and they told us someone would take the paint to the apartment. We come back on Sunday. No paint. We come back on Monday and ask them again for the paint. We’re told oh the maintenance people will drop it off and if you’re not there they’re just leave it by the door. Tuesday still no paint. Go to the office again and we’re told it’ll be delivered later that day or the next. I come by Wednesday late afternoon around 4:00pm. Surprise surprise no one is in the office and we have no paint. As I’m walking back to my car I run into someone finally and ask about our paint. He tells me that the maintenance man was out yesterday so he couldn’t have delivered it…yet he told my sister that it was going to be either then or the next day. Anyways he texts the maintenance man about our paint and tells me to call him in the morning if I don’t have it. The next morning he calls me to follow up. He tells me that according to the maintenance team I don’t need to touch up the walls and will not be charged for it because they do that after people move out. Very frustrating that’s it was two weeks of tag trying to get paint that apparently we don’t even need. I requested for that to be in writing. Now they’re trying to charge me $150 for “extra paint”! I emailed Dylan about this and it has been days with no response. Even when I’m not living there I still have issues! Such a shame that a lovely property was ruined because of poor management!

Really nice apartments lived here around 2017 2018. I would want to give it a five but Sally I can’t cause there was some aspects about the apartment such as the leaking ceiling every time it will rain the ceiling will start leaking maintenance had to come over and come and try to fix it. That’s only just had like a hole in it because of how much water was leaking from the ceiling did not like that at all, but it was OK. I guess it was a nice gated community. The schools close to it was OK. Made a lot of friends there and another thing I didn’t like is that the wiring is in the closet I did not really like that, but I had to deal with it I guess, but besides that everything was good.
