  I’m not a resident here but my daughter is. I absolutely LOVE the staff at The Eddy. This is her first apartment and she has the BEST people as property managers as maintenance. Even from move in- the staff at the time were amazing. New staff is there and I love them so much I even think about moving here. Homes come with issues, that’s normal but it’s how the staff handles it that matters most. Shannel and Tiara are amazing humans.

  My friend lives here, and the restaurants and brewery and apartments are all really nice. The access to the river is really sweet too.

  I went in for a tour today and wish could say that I was listing this place as potential move in. But the woman who have the tour made me change my mind. I came in with my Dad and she seemed to be very lackluster , and didn’t even try to pretend to sell the place or have people interested. I don’t know if this is like the proctol for tours but if we are a bother to you might as well got someone else

  Update: I originally chose to move into The Eddy solely because of the exceptional customer service I received from the staff at that time — especially the community manager, Shannel. She was the reason I signed my lease here. I didn’t even know this property existed before meeting her, and the level of professionalism and genuine community she created made this place feel like home. Unfortunately, things have changed for the worse. Recently, management changed, and I encountered Michelle, the regional manager. I had no idea she was regional because the interaction was far from what you would expect from someone in that position. She walked past me twice without acknowledging me, didn’t ask if I was a resident, and when I asked for Shannel she said she was “in the back” without offering any assistance or even attempting to be helpful. There was no warmth, no professionalism, no sense of care. To say this was disappointing is an understatement. If I had known they were planning to replace the very management team that made this place worth living, I would have never moved here. Shannel was amazing — knowledgeable, professional, and truly created a sense of community around here. Losing her has been a massive step backward for this property. Shame on The Eddy for the direction things are going. I can’t wait until my lease is up, and at this point, I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. It’s already going downhill — fast.

  I have lived at this residence for over 3 years! And typically, I don't write reviews. I'm not sure if you're in the market for a beautiful community with EXCELLENT staff!! This should be you new home! Currently the proper is under new management. I've seen things improved in such a short period of time. Shannel M. the Community Manager is doing a PHENOMINAL job!! She's very personable and gets the job done! I am pleased with the changes she's implemented. From residence socials events to pup ice cream day! It's all about a family community. Tiara H who's been here since I can remember provides OUTSTANDING service on a consistent basis! Anything you place in her hand from a resident perspective is always taken care of efficiently. From the groundman, to the maintenance crew. They're always responsive and address your concerns in timely manner. I'm proud to live in community that cares for their residence!! The Eddy Riverview Landing rocks!!!
