    I would never recommend living at this apartment complex. There is an ongoing gnat and ant infestation on this property. The situation is extremely unsanitary—the gnats are getting into my food and inside my refrigerator, which is completely unacceptable. I have reported this issue multiple times to the assistant manager, Jamel, and despite repeated notifications, no meaningful action has been taken to address or resolve the infestation. What makes this even more frustrating is that management seems more focused on issuing violations and fines, such as citing me for having holiday guests visiting or a family pet present during Christmas, rather than addressing serious habitability and sanitation issues like pests contaminating residents’ food. It is upsetting to feel ignored when reporting legitimate health concerns while being penalized for minor matters. Management’s priorities do not appear to be aligned with resident well-being. Due to the ongoing pest infestation and lack of responsiveness from management, I do not recommend this property to anyone.

    I've been here since 2023 and honestly, I was a bit concerned on the high turnover of the property staff because I've seen three new property managers (I came in with the OGs Sparkle and Lee) and then when Shannel came in, I was like "whew chile" and was ready to move over to The Series just because I felt the complex kept being tossed from one person to the next without any longstanding solutions. With Kathy, Jamell, and Niya, I feel a bit more better with staying it out for another year. Don't get me wrong, there are some things that can be updated like the gym, Amazon packages missing and popping back up later(out of their control) but they have been so kind and very helpful to make sense out of chaos. Jamell has been SUPER helpful with ensuring I can transfer seamlessly next month to the ideal apartment for me and my daughter and I'm sure with time as they get their bearings, we'll be evolving and functioning to a better place. Thank you team!

    I have been part of this community for the past three to four years, and during that time it has gone through several changes, including the departure of Sparkle & Lee. Since then, Cathy and her team have truly been a blessing. They have brought the community back together and are clearly committed to creating a better, more uplifting environment for everyone who lives here. Cathy and her team have consistently been helpful and responsive. Whenever I’ve had an issue, it has been addressed quickly and efficiently. The gym equipment is well maintained, and the community gym has become my favorite place to spend time outside of my apartment. They have made residents feel welcomed and supported, and it’s clear that this team is working hard to maintain and elevate the quality of life for everyone in the community.

    I’m not a resident here but my daughter is. I absolutely LOVE the staff at The Eddy. This is her first apartment and she has the BEST people as property managers as maintenance. Even from move in- the staff at the time were amazing. New staff is there and I love them so much I even think about moving here. Homes come with issues, that’s normal but it’s how the staff handles it that matters most. Shannel and Tiara are amazing humans.

    My friend lives here, and the restaurants and brewery and apartments are all really nice. The access to the river is really sweet too.
