Espero con ansias el día que mi contrato de arrendamiento se pueda vencer, este lugar se ha vuelto insoportable para vivir desde que hay una nueva administración, en los estacionamientos que están en frente del edificio "H" es un completo caos por las tardes, al parecer vive gente en ese edificio que hace servicio de mecánica y sobre esos estacionamientos hay carros estacionados que estan siendo reparados casi todas las tardes y los residentes no encontramos parqueos y tenemos que dejar lejos nuestros carros, los apartamentos del edificio "H" son de una recámara y hay personas que tienen hasta 3 carros y no los usan, muchas veces son carros inservibles que solo los estacionan y no los ocupan y los demás residentes buscando parqueos todos los dias porque no encontramos. A la administración le falta poner orden en este complejo de apartamentos que cada día esta peor, en los apartamentos de una recámara deberian de permitier solo un carro y ponerles números y un parqueo para cada apartamento y solución al problema, no queremos gente abusiva en este lugar que se adueña de todos los parqueos, aquí no es taller de mecánica. Necesitamos un gerente nuevo que venga y ponga orden. Recuerdo a Juan (el gerente que estaba hace dos años) él era el único que ponía orden en estos apartamentos, ahora cada día es insoportable vivir aquí, caca de perro por todas partes también, porque no existe una multa para la gente irresponsable que tiene mascotas. Las cámaras de este lugar nadie las revisa, la gente de mantenimiento no sirve, el único señor de mantenimiento que resolvía los problemas era Diego, pero al parecer ya no trabaja en este lugar y eso también es preocupante, me preocupa saber que Diego no está aquí para que resuelva los problemas de mantenimiento, y cada vez hay más motivos para irme de esta propiedad.

- NJNicole JonesJul 8, 20251.0If I could leave zero stars I would. I hate it here so much haven’t left yet because of the lease agreement. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RENEWING. The 5 star reviews are FAKEEEE. They tell them if they rate 5 stars they will get $5 off rent. They only let you pay your rent online which adds on $40+ fees. They claim they send text about everything but THEY DO NOT. Horrible at communication unless it’s about when rent is due. Pool will be closed on random days( the HOTTEST days at that) without communication and the lady at the office has a HORRIBLE attitude. The kids are freaking TERRIBLE. Always playing loudly in the halls, kicking balls between people cars, constantly knocking on doors, one even took the initiative to TWIST MY DOOR KNOB. After maintenance request is put it in they just show up randomly literally days later as I’m leaving for work. When we moved in the vents were old and painted to the wall couldn’t even open them. For this apartment to be so small the AC does not cool down the whole unit. Only the living room is cold. Everything in here is so cheaply made. All appliances are out of date. Moved in with a DENT in the dishwasher. Dishwasher doesn’t even clean dishes fully. I guess it’s a good first apartment but only for a short period of time.
