Managers have come and gone most helpful, I really appreciate their help and advice. Summer is a great time for the children and the pool life here is therapeutic for heart and soul. Any time I have a question or need assistance, Ms. Beatriz is always quick to respond and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. She is consistently kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and it makes a huge difference knowing I can reach out and actually get timely support. One of the biggest things I appreciate is how quickly maintenance requests are handled. Work orders are completed promptly, sometimes the same day, which is rare and incredibly appreciated. It shows that the team takes residents’ concerns seriously and values our comfort and time. The maintenance staff is always respectful, efficient, and does quality work. Overall, this is a well-managed community with a strong team that genuinely cares about its residents. Communication is clear, service is fast, and the environment feels safe and well-maintained. It’s reassuring to live somewhere that is run with professionalism and attention to detail. My bath tub had to be replenished numerous of times during my stay, and the third time management said they could not replenish again. HOWEVER, Beatrice the lease agent was very helpful, and assisted me with issues within her power. The apartment is not worth the rate.
