  I have been living in Concord Crossing Apartment Complex for over fifteen years. During this time there have been several ownership changes and with each a new management and personell, some better than others. The current management team with Ms. Beatriz P. as manager is one of the best and most pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond to put together a new rental agreement plan for me this year. I had planned to move at the end of my lease in 2025. But things do not always go as planned. In the end the new place I was to move into fell through. She was so helpful and considerate in negotiating my lease and also came through with a new refrigerator and new carpet for the apartment. I am quite happy with the way everything turned out. She went above and beyond to give me the best package. The maintenance team is also quick, thorough and professional, usually fixing issues within 24 hrs. I called in a blocked toliet on a Friday morning and Diana, maintenance mgr., came and fixed the problem by the afternoon. I was quite pleased to get the job done so quickly and not have to deal with a flooding toliet the whole weekend. I give the Complex my 5 star rating and thumbs up for all the hard work they put in and exceptional service.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Concord Crossing has been a wonderful place for me and my disabled child to call home. The team truly took the time to help us find the perfect apartment for our needs, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The community is peaceful, clean, and welcoming, which makes everyday living comfortable for our family. I’m very grateful to be part of the Concord Crossing community and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed and supportive place to live.

  Quiet and friendly neighborhood where not much happens. Makes me feel safe. Maintenance actually comes to fix your problems the next day or same day! Been here for 3 years and just renewed again!

  Bueno pues a mi lo que mas me gusta de Los apartamentos a sido el mantenimiento, las veces que Los eh nececitado an estado en mi unidad resolviendo el problema, también me gusta que el área está muy muy tranquilo y están en muy buenas condiciones y también el cuidado de la unidad y del edificio, tengo casi 3 años con ellos y asta el momento me a gustado ⭐️👌

  I have been very happy living at Concord Crossing Apartments! I like how my one-bedroom is laid out and comfortable. The location is perfect for quick trips to the grocery store and local shops. I can't say enough good things about the leasing office staff, especially Beatriz and Cristell. They are always quick to respond to my concerns and offer helpful solutions; they handle things fast, and I appreciate that. I also love the resident events, like the summer pool parties! The maintenance team is equally impressive. Whenever I’ve had an issue, Edino and Jonathan arrived right away and solved the problem quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. Plus, the spacious parking is a huge bonus and has never been an issue. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience here and plan to stay for a long time! Note: they recently switched to a single entrance, which can get a little busy at times, but it's worth it for such a great place to live.
