- KRKiara RowlandOct 8, 20251.0Now that I do not live here I can be honest. This was a horrible first apartment experience. There were many roaches, I complained of lizards getting inside the apartment, the apartment flooded with toilet water that was not cleaned by them for months after complaining and I was not offered a new apartment. After 4 months I had been offered a new apartment by corporate after tracking them down but was told that I had to sign a new lease which I refused being this experience was terrible. They had a contractor look at the windows and he stated it was not flushed against the foundation causing wildlife to enter. Management stated the contractor said the apartment was fine when it was in fact not they never resolved this and I opted to just keep the apartment extremely cold to where they wouldn’t enter. I had no balance when I left and 2 years later the apartment was placed on my credit preventing me from getting another apartment. I reached out to them and they sent over a ledger showing the balance was paid but an email chain with a person that had the same first name different last name. I contacted them and they never fixed this I had to go directly to credit bureau myself to get them to remove this. When I brung up issues I needed fixed they accused me of violating my lease. I would NEVER RESIDE HERE AGAIN on site management was terrible never resolved apartment issues until I went over them to corporate

- SWShyien WhiteAug 25, 20252.0Honestly I’m a very low maintenance person, but I can’t anymore! If it’s not the bugs, or appliances not working, this week has definitely topped it. I have come home twice now to puddles of water in my apartment coming from the walls. Why is there no emergency number here for things like this idk!!! Nothing in my apartment is leaking!! I have no one to contact and now waiting for maybe a email back or if I’m lucky a phone call. What the hell am I paying rent for?!
