  The staff is generally good and tries to help when possible. However, there are several issues that make living here difficult. Parking is a major problem. At times, it feels like a Home Depot parking lot, with many vans and trucks parked around the property. This is especially difficult in the morning, when some vehicles are parked in the way with emergency lights on, making it hard to drive through safely. The living environment can also be noisy, especially on weekends. Some residents play very loud music, drink beer and other beverages outside, and leave cans around the apartment areas. This affects the overall cleanliness and comfort of the community. The new website is also frustrating to use. I do not see a clear option to pay rent, and the phone numbers listed on the website are not helpful because it is very difficult to reach a real person. It is also unclear where residents should submit complaints or concerns. Overall, the staff is helpful, but parking, noise, cleanliness, communication, and the website need significant improvement.

  Melissa y Anabel did everything amazing. They were very kind, professional, and made us feel comfortable the whole time. They really took their time with us and made the experience great, especially since it was our first time. We really appreciate how well they did their job!

  Te cobran según depocito de 2000$ debes como dejes el apartamento, no te reembolsan nada,y cuando cancelas el contrato te asen tapar los ollos que as echas de cuadros que colgaste,quieren que dejes el apartamento como que nunca viviste ahí viví, viví ahí por dos años, según entras pagando todo adelantado, cuando sales del contrato te asen pagar un mes de biles. No recomiendo que te metas con esos apartamentos. Otra cosa a cada mes se dañan las aguas negras así que de los servíos sale popo en agua orrible y duras asta dos días así, el área está bien no nesecitas carro tienes acceso a muchas tiendas camaindado, pero no recomiendo vivir ahí. Tengo quieren cobrar asta por mirar ojo Jente me gustaría, que nos uniremos muchos y demandar porque se pasan con la gente que no tiene un estatus legal aquí.. que Dios los bendiga 🙏🏽
