  Exited for my daughter to move in. Rose Fernandez was so amazing from the start over the phone to our tour and with her application process. Thank you Rose for all your help. The Addie is the perfect place for Scad students.

  Meeting with Rose was so great, we got applications to fill out on the same day! Both buildings are absolutely beautiful, the studios in particular are WAY bigger than the tradional space you would get with an apartment classified in this way.

  I’ve been a resident here for about 6 months now, and I’ve seen a noticeable improvement since the change in management. Communication has been more consistent, and overall things feel more organized and responsive. I recognize and appreciate the effort that’s clearly being put in daily by Rose and Sal!

  Been here for about a year and just renewed my lease. Location is extremely convenient, especially if you’re a student in the area as many of the class buildings are walking distance. They also offer covered parking which is so nice especially in those fall and winter storms. Also there’s a trash valet service that picks up your trash five days a week. And dumpsters right downstairs for large packages. Staff is very very attentive and helpful, both maintenance and Rose down in the office.

Because of you, I feel comfortable and at ease having my son live at the Addie, which means more to me than I can fully express. You have been an absolute lifesaver in so many ways, and your efforts have not gone unnoticed. Your professionalism, kindness, and commitment to the residents set a high standard, and it is clear that you genuinely care about the community. I am truly grateful that you are part of the team at the Addie. You have made an incredible addition to the property, and your presence has had a very positive impact.
