  I lived at the complex from April to October 2025. The apartment itself was really nice, and the staff was great. (Management has changed since then). The buildings needed some maintenance, though, like new paint and a cleaning. I did have to break my lease early due to a new job, and while I left in October, my lease didn't end until early December due to the clause requiring two months notice. My main issue was getting my security deposit back. I did not receive the form that explained what deductions were made until 2 months after the lease ended and the check came a month after that (3 months total). I had to call the apartment complex multiple the times to get updates on where it was, and several of those times I was told that they'd look into it and call me back but they never did. I know that the management changed in October right before I moved. So, I am not sure if it was a management issue or an issue with ownership.

  Apartments do not look anything like this , gate never fixed they do not keep mangerment in the office .. the toilet stopped up every 2 weeks an they don’t have cameras if anything happens to your car I see no reason paying to stay here .. I never missed a payment .. they come in your house without leaving notes you have to tell them today makes day 3 both of my bathrooms we can not use where I had to pay to get it fix now I have to take them to small claims courts because it’s no way

  The fire alarm malfunctions all the time, maintenance is nice but my apartment has had countless issues, the parking gate is always broken, and the staff aren’t responsive at all. Do not recommend… it’s overpriced for what you get. I would have been much happier at the Ellis.
