Nothing about this place reflects “luxury living”. The management team is extremely disrespectful and defensive when it comes to tenants. So many better options in downtown Savannah that’s actually worth the money. Don’t live here unless you want backlash from management any time you have a concern or issue. The trash shoots are disgusting on every floor, the elevators are constantly out of order, but most importantly, the management team is rude and unapproachable.

Very unpleasant and gross experience at the line. Elevators reflect the smell of dog urine, property manager guys , is the rudest and most unpleasant property manager I’ve come across. The smell of weed reeks through hallways and monthly rent is not worth it considering it backs up to the sketchiest low income housing in Savannah.

The line has some of the most beautiful views from their roof top lounge area! I love the amenities and the work spaces!
I have been at the Line for over a year now. I was the first tenant to live in my apartment. Over the course of the year at The Line, it's been a rollercoaster. When I first moved in, it was a constant battle with maintenance and apartment issues. The brand-new apartment was dirty and dusty, with chipped walls and cracks everywhere. Things around the complex were never fully finished. Early on my lease, false fire alarms were consistently going off in middle of night or early hours, the elevators were always broken, key fabs suddenly would stop working, (which led to homeless people coming in) the complex pool was filthy at times, with a green, murky color, the garage gate didn't work most of the time, and personal apartment issues included my AC breaking for a week, maintenance would take forever to come fix it, among other issues. I would say that the management team was somewhat on top of things for the first seven months. However, for a brand-new complex, you'd expect everything to be working correctly. Things really went downhill later on with the takeover of the new property management. Extremely hard to get in touch with and poor communication. Ultimately, it led me to move out.
The Line apartment is truly a great location, a gorgeous complex after everything was finally finished; however, it's just not a place I would recommend to my friends and family. All the 1- or 2-star reviews are spot-on. Do your research and really look to ensure this is the place you want to lock into a lease with.
