Do not get an apartment here! I’ve been living here for about a year and a half. The only reason I still live here is because I was too busy with work to move out and find a new place. Maintenance will not fix anything at your place. My patio door hasn’t closed all the way since I originally moved in making the screened in patio unless, raccoons tore apart the ceiling above our entryway and crawl around in the ceiling, and our light fixture in the bathroom stopped working so we’ve been using a lamp in the bathroom for the past 6 months. Maintenance has come twice. Once because raccoons were literally sticking their paws into our apartment from behind our dishwasher and we had to block the cracks off until maintenance came. They still crawl around in the ceiling from time to time. The front desk has told us they’re working on getting it fixed. That was over half a year ago. The other time was to fix our water heater which stopped working. Nothing else has been fixed. We’ve put in maybe 5-10 maintenance requests in person at the front desk and every time they say they’re sorry no one came and that this time they’ll come fix it. No one came. I fixed the front door myself but unfortunately I have no electrical knowledge and am still using a lamp for light in the bathroom since June/July because we can’t get anyone to come fix it. It’s currently almost Christmas. Oh another thing. Half the outlets don’t work and the living room WiFi outlet doesn’t work either. They told me someone would come to activate it when I originally moved in but that never happened. The front desk isn’t helpful. Nothing gets fixed around here. I’ll be moving out as soon as possible and I recommend anyone considering living here to look somewhere else. There’s constant problems here and they won’t get fixed

Since this is the only way to get a response since no one responds to calls and emails. I hope you have a good lawyer and I will be suing for pain & sufferings. . Following the hearing, we entered into a written agreement to vacate the premises, which I fulfilled as required. During discussions outside the courtroom, your representative clearly stated that the matter would not be reported to credit agencies as a collection. Based on this verbal assurance, I vacated the property in good faith and in full compliance with the agreement.
However, I have since discovered that a collection account related to this matter has been reported to my credit file, negatively impacting my score and causing measurable distress and financial harm. This reporting directly contradicts the verbal representation made on your behalf and violates the spirit of our court agreement.
I am requesting that you:
Immediately contact the credit bureaus and/or collection agency to remove this entry; and
Provide written confirmation of the removal or correction within 10 business days of this notice.
Please understand that if this issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal remedies for misrepresentation and emotional distress, and will also be filing complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Georgia Consumer Protection Division, and the State Bar of Georgia.
