I am extremely disappointed with the current management of this apartment complex and feel compelled to warn prospective residents. Since the new management took over, the level of professionalism, organization, and resident safety has significantly declined.
Within a single week, two of my packages were stolen, totaling over $1,000 in losses. I reported this issue multiple times to the office, specifically to Assistant Manager Ms. Allen and the front desk receptionist, and was met with rudeness, defensiveness, and a complete lack of accountability or empathy. At no point was there an apology or genuine attempt to resolve the situation. Instead, I was repeatedly told that there are no cameras, which is extremely concerning and makes the property feel unsafe. Package theft is clearly an ongoing issue, and I am not the only resident who has experienced this.
I ultimately had to file a police report and escalate my concerns to higher-level management just to be taken seriously. During this process, Ms. Allen made inappropriate and unprofessional remarks about who she would or would not speak to, despite the individual being listed on my lease. This behavior was unacceptable and dismissive.
Under the previous management, I never experienced issues like this. Since the transition, the office has been unorganized, unprofessional, and ineffective, and residents are left dealing with missing property and safety concerns on their own.
In addition to the theft issues, I have also submitted complaints regarding the excessive noise from the neighbor above me. The walls and floors are extremely thin, and these concerns were not handled with urgency or care.
Overall, this property currently feels unsafe and poorly managed. Management seriously needs to be reevaluated, and stronger security measures must be put in place. Until then, I cannot recommend this apartment complex to anyone who values safety, professionalism, or basic respect as a resident.
