  We are enjoying our upgrade to 2 bedrooms at 10x. A big thankyou to Marcelle for helping us transition! Looking forward to our second year at 10X Trellis! Marcelle is so helpful and answers/solves all my questions! Office has an upbeat and welcoming atmospere. Oohhh...and the maintenance team! Thanks for all y'all have done also! Great team!! And i finally made time to go see the fartherist pond on the property. Such a peaceful area! Thanks again Team Trellis!!

  My wife and I did a tour with Taylor she was very nice and informative throughout the tour. The property is really nice and we are considering the Legends for our new home.

  Absolutely love the tour of this community. Whitney was very attentive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She also was very friendly and welcoming. Absolutely loved this place

  I just moved into Legends, and I’m so unhappy with the property manager, Wendy Wise. She was aware that the unit I moved into had a previous resident who was having issues with bugs and roaches. Never once did I tell anyone about that ahead of time. Ms. Whitney toured me and helped me with the application and moving process she even showed me the apartment ahead of time but she wasn’t aware that the unit had a bug infestation behind the refrigerator. The day I moved in everything looked great but as soon as I put food in the refrigerator omg all the bugs came out all over my things and food I called the office on a Monday, Ms. Whitney moved me in on a Saturday she did it for me if I need anything or help she will be off and out of the office on Monday. So I contacted Wendy the property manager on Monday she never once came to my apartment called me back about what I needed she got my name and number and left a message for Ms. Whitney the black assistant property manager to call me back I’m guessing due to I’m a black woman im not sure but I no soon as Ms. Whitney came in on Tuesday she gave me a call that morning and Handel the situation asap pest control came that same day to my unit to inform me yes maam it’s a bug infestation behind the refrigerator and it’s BeeGreen so I called Ms. Whitney back to inform her she reach out to her manager Wendy to inform her Wendy stated that she was willing to transfer my unit if I would like to but when she came to my apartment things changed she stated do I want another refrigerator I said yes but what about an concession for my food and moving into the unit she said she will have to see about that but I haven’t heard anything back yet about me getting any money back Wendy throws things off on Ms. Whitney to handel with the black residents here and it’s not right or fair she need to be looked into fr she don’t hold her word on anything she says and I’m so unhappy and hated I moved here. Thanks for the help Whitney but I need some money back for my pain and suffering.
