  My sister and myself went to view and tour Alleia Luxary and when I say I was in AWE the entire tour. Melissa was PHENOMENAL, She went above and beyond to answer every question asked, she was very precise with every detail and made sure the tour was one to remember. After the tour she had me sold on leasing the unit viewed and of course it was definitely applied for. Thank you Melissa for being so amazing, you made touring Alleia the best part of the experience with your bubbly personality. My sister applied but once my lease is up I will definitely be applying myself to become a resident at Alleia Luxary 💕☺️

  I am relocating to Savannah and when I tell you Melissa made this process smooth and easy. She was extremely accommodating, thorough, and knowledgeable. I look forward to my time and the memories that will be created here.

  Well, I just got a nice surprise THREE YEARS after moving out. I randomly got a notification on my credit report saying that my score went down and I had a collections case imposed on me. At first I thought it was a scam. Alleia charged me some fee after vacating and never notified me. They were sending the invoice to an incorrect address and I never received it! I never got a phone call or anything from Alleia! I immediately paid off the bill as soon as I became aware of it just now. I've been active duty for 20 years and have had something like 14 different addresses. I have never run into an issue like this before with anyone else. To the managers of Alleia, in three years, you couldn't give me a freakin phone call to tell me I had a bill? YOU guys put down the wrong address for my forwarding address. I will dispute this with Experian and show that I never lived at the address that Alleia was allegedly sending the bill to. Even more infuriating, is the fact that it was a relatively small amount. I moved into the Parkside apartments after Alleia because I got tired of the high rent, gym equipment always being broken, and hearing police sirens every Saturday night in the parking lot. I seriously think this was some passive aggressive revenge by Alleia because they knew I was moving into the apartment complex next door to them. Either that, or the management of this company is extremely incompetent. STAY AWAY FROM ALLEIA ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE ACTIVE DUTY. ps, Parkside apartments were awesome; the pool is better, the gym is bigger (and filled with equipment that ISN'T broken), and most importantly, the staff are competent and communicative. Parkside has a higher rating on Google and with more reviewers. Update: Alleia responded to my review and asked that I call the number they provided. I called them, and got nowhere. Got a bunch of excuses like "oh we were under different management then... We don't have a record of anything... None of us worked here three years ago... Have you called the collections agency (yes I did which is how I paid the bill off)... Etc."

  Melissa and Malaysha made my move-in process a breeze. The complex is not only beautiful but also well-maintained. I highly recommend this complex and its apartment grounds.

  I just wanna say we just moved in and the welcome we felt was AWESOME! Let me shout-out Malaysha..When I say she has helped us since day ONE moving into our Unit and she has had nothing but patience throughout our whole move-in! She answered every question we had. Even when I thought I was bothering her. She told us this is what she was here for! ALL of the ladies were so nice! Our unit we moved in was SPOTLESS! We had NO complaints! We have never experienced this type of welcoming since moving back here from California! We appreciate ALL of the ladies in the office! Y’all are awesome and we THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING!
