  I just want to shout out the maintenance team at Morgan’s Landing Apartments—Isaiah and Michael are some of the best around. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. Anytime there’s an issue, they show up ready to handle it and get the job done. Great service every time.

  Yesterday my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Tatyana yesterday for a tour of the Morgans Landing property. From initial contact we were met with a warm smile. Tatyana listened intently and proposed questions that helped us navigate our needs and wants. A gracious tour guide she was and made easy to want to be apart of this established community.

  My wife and I met with Assistant Property Manager Tatayna Allen at Morgan’s Landing. The kind and gentle pace she attended to us was absolutely marvelous. Ms. Allen was very transparent about her property, clear and concise. She went above and beyond in explaining and showing us the beauty of Morgan’s Landing. Ms. Allen tour of the available apartments was thorough, honest and quite extensive. She not only represented Morgan’s Landing with excellence but Sandy Springs as a whole. Great job Ms Allen and Morgan’s Landing.

  We just moved into this apartment in Sandy Springs a couple of weeks ago, and so far we’re really happy with it. The location is excellent, it’s a very good, safe, and secure area. I’ve already noticed police patrols in the neighborhood, which adds to the peace of mind. What immediately stood out to us was the spacious layout and all the natural light that pours in throughout the day. The bonus room is a really nice touch too — we’re already putting it to good use. The staff has been genuinely friendly and helpful from day one. When we pointed out a few small things that needed attention after move-in, maintenance responded quickly and took care of everything. Overall, it’s been a smooth start and we’re looking forward to settling in. So far, so good!

  Best community experience. Mike and Anna are super nice. The apartments are awesome if you are someone who likes big windows and open areas. It’s been an hassle free experience for us
