Thank you to the property manager ~ I called approximately a week ago to request for several items to be repaired in an apartment that I have leased there at the Eva for a family member ~ In an most expeditious manner, the property manager himself, jumped on my request immediately ~ Yes, I have had issues in the past with my maintenance requests not being completed in its entirety, I am not going to lie ~ Nonetheless, this time, you have made me a happy camper ~ To the Eva property manager & to your staff, please continue, to level up ~ Great Job ~ Tasha

I had the pleasure of touring with Hundo he was very friendly & the place was beautiful
I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience living here. Work orders take entirely too long to be completed, and follow-up is almost nonexistent. When you submit a maintenance request, you shouldn’t have to wait weeks or constantly check in just to get basic issues addressed. It’s frustrating and inconvenient, especially when you’re paying a premium to live here.
Management’s attitude is another major issue. Customer service seems to only exist for potential tenants. During tours, everything is presented as “luxury” and top-tier, and the staff is overly polite and attentive. But once you actually live here, that energy completely changes. The friendliness disappears, and you’re often met with dismissive or unprofessional behavior when bringing up concerns.
This complex markets itself as luxury, but the day-to-day experience does not reflect that at all. Luxury isn’t just about appearances during a tour it’s about consistent service, timely maintenance, and respectful communication with the people who already live here.
Current residents deserve the same level of professionalism and courtesy that’s shown to future tenants. Until management improves their responsiveness and customer service, it’s hard to recommend this place.
The management is no good. Severe cockroach infection and no pest control. They do not take preventive maintenance (which we pay for every month) seriously. Appliances do not get fixed and they just close the service requests shamelessly. Then you have to waste your time to go and talk to them in person. Major water leaks have happened in the apartment. The management never responds to the emails either and are very rude when you are frustrated and ask them about theit negligence in person.

Amazing tour. Super clean area. Everything was thoroughly explained. Hundo did an amazing job making us feel welcomed and taken care of. Looking forward to moving in soon!
