  I’ve had a really great experience living at Morgan’s Landing Apartments. The apartments are very nice, well-kept, and comfortable. The location is also a big plus, it’s convenient and close to everything you need, which makes daily life so much easier. I especially want to mention Ms. Anna Cham. She is a great manager — very helpful, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. She truly makes a difference and is the best when it comes to assisting residents. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with care. Overall, Morgan’s Landing is a wonderful place to live, and I would definitely recommend it! — Chelsea T

  My move-in experience at Morgan’s Lending Apartment has been absolutely amazing. From day one, Anna made everything seamless. We were able to secure an apartment the very same day thanks to Anna’s incredible support, professionalism, and kindness. I’m truly grateful for how easy and stress-free she made the entire process. I also want to highlight Mikey from maintenance—always helpful, friendly, and quick to assist whenever we need anything. His dedication and positive attitude make a huge difference in our day-to-day living experience. Overall, I’m extremely thankful for the team here. Their professionalism and genuine care for residents truly stand out!

  My aunt recently moved at this complex. Ms. Anna the Property Manager was so professional, kind and very helpful. She made sure that her home was ready. I loved the hardwood flooring and spacious rooms. I can't wait for my lease to end and move there. The place is clean and quiet. Thank you for all you do for your residents.

  My partner and I have been living at Morgan's Landing since May 2024, and we are BEYOND pleased with our living experience here. This is our first "adult/real-world" living situation and we could not be more grateful for our luck of finding Morgan's Landing. The grounds at Morgan's Landing are clean and well-maintained. Neighbors are respectful and kind. The front office staff are all friendly and super accommodating (shoutout to Anna and her team). They really go above and beyond for the residents and do their best to make you feel welcomed and embraced! Maintenance staff is unbelievable--ALSO shoutout to Mike (he's amazing)!!! Overall, I can say with 100% confidence that Morgan's Landing is a safe, inviting, and positive place to live. When the day comes where my partner and I have to move, I know that we will always look back on our time together at Morgan's Landing fondly.
