From day one, those reviews proved accurate. My apartment was fully renovated before I moved in, and it truly felt like stepping into a brand-new home. The maintenance team—led by Michael, who has served here for over 25 years—has been exceptional. Any issue, big or small, is addressed quickly and professionally. It’s also been a great home for my adorable cat, Sophie, who settled in immediately and enjoys the peaceful environment. The community is very pet-friendly, which has been an added blessing. What has impressed me most is the consistent level of care shown by Anna, Michael, and the entire staff. Their commitment to maintaining and improving both the interiors and the exterior grounds is evident every day. This team takes real pride in the community, and it shows. I am grateful to live in a place where residents—and even their pets—feel valued and well taken care of. Highly recommended.

We have been living here for almost 3 years now and wish we could stay even longer, unfortunately a job calls us across the country and away from this beautiful place. We want to shoutout Mike as always, the best maintenance man ever and the office staff is very attentive and helpful. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. The amenities could use some work but I think the quality of life makes up for it anyways. Thanks for everything Morgans Landing staff!

I'm glad my roommate and I chose to leave The Reserve at Ridgewood to come to Morgan's Landing. Less bugs. Better maintained apartment bigger living room the gym is locked by an app that prevents spoiled kids from coming in and breaking stuff. Anna the lady at the leasing office does listen and remembers any requests you have. Its been a few weeks since we chose the 2B2B apartment, but I was satisfied enough that I informed a potential tenant in the leasing office of the multiple benefits that she and her kids could gain from getting such an apartment.
