- KKKNov 1, 20255.0I feel blessed to live here. My rent is a little over $1400. I have a garage, a balcony with privacy, it is quiet & peaceful, NO bugs. I come home, go to work, & barely see anyone. I also received 2 months rent-free. This is very affordable living & they threw a Halloween party & have free breakfast and snacks every time I go to the office. I am happy. My only peeve is 3-5 inspections in the 3 months I’ve lived here but omg I can’t complain as they’re preventative and I have gotten much value & peace here. I recommend this place. I am decorating my apartment & have peace. Thank you to the nice ladies in the office. Even the post man is nice. This is a good place to live & have peace.

The apartments are spacious and well maintained (along with the grounds and outdoor lighting). I always feel safe and cared about. They go above and beyond hosting events for the residents. Snacks, water, & coffee are always available in the office. The pet-friendly environment is an added bonus. If you have any maintenance questions or concerns, your needs will be attended to immediately. I’ve felt right-at-home since moving in!!!

In particular, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the consultant Chazsady for being patient, helpful, attentive, always smiling, kind, and highly professional. I visited at least eight apartments in search of a lease, and as an immigrant, I currently face significant challenges with communication. However, I never felt uncomfortable at any point. The welcoming environment made me feel completely at ease, which led me to immediately choose Harbor Pointe and set aside other options. I highly recommend this place, especially for those who are legally in the country but still struggle with communication. My sincere congratulations to the entire team.
