    I’ve had a great experience living at Harbor Pointe Pkwy! The staff, especially Norman who is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. The entire property is kept clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to live.     I am recent resident in Harbor Pointe but can say this place felt like home right away , it is so incredibly quiet , clean and feels safe . The management of the complex is very responsive and caring . Special thanks to my leasing manager miss Rouzanna, her kindness and efficient professional approach helped me to take a decision to call Harbor Pointe home . Thank you!

    I’ve been a resident here for a few years now, and I thoroughly enjoy the community. What truly sets it apart is its serene location on Morgan Falls Road, away from the chaos of busy streets. This peaceful setting is further enhanced by its convenient proximity to a dog park, golf course, recycling center, river, and nature walk. The neighborhood is consistently clean and safe, and the office staff and maintenance personnel are always incredibly friendly and attentive. We recently celebrated our Resident Appreciation Day, and Rouzanna, a talented chef, prepared the most delectable chicken soup.

    I don't even live here, but my package was mistakenly sent to this complex. The lady at the office (CHAZ) went out of her way to help me locate and pick it up. She was kind, patient, and genuinely nice about the whole thing. Great customer service even for non-residents-thank you

    We have been here 2 years and we really like it here, It is peaceful and quiet where we are. And the location is excellent. the staff is on point. Very friendly not one of them has never not greeted us anytime we passed. Even though this may be an older property the maintenance is probably the best I've come across. Norman is always available, friendly and they respond almost immediately.
