I can’t say enough great things about Zaelynn Gonzalez. From the very first interaction, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Apartment hunting can be stressful, but she made the entire process smooth, organized, and actually enjoyable.
She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered every question thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was her attention to detail and how much she truly cared . She followed up consistently, kept me informed at every step, and made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Beyond her professionalism, she’s simply wonderful to work with — friendly, patient, and always positive. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a high level of customer service and authenticity.
Because of her, this has been one of the best leasing experiences I’ve ever had. She absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding work she does and the genuine care she shows her clients.
First of all I want to say I’m impressed with the professionalism and courteousness I received from the staff of Azalea Park. Alex and Zalene greeted the future tenants of Azalea Park with the utmost respect that I for one know first hand made me feel welcome! My experience with Ms Alex through the marketing phase all the way through the application processing and final approval was a fulfilling experience that I would recommend to others to consider choosing Azalea Park to be there home temporarily or permanently in the future! In conclusion Azaela Park in a beautiful and quiet apartment complex that would satisfy anyone from single, couple and family living!🙏🏻❤️

I’ve had a great experience with Azalea Park Apartments, especially thanks to Zaelynn. She is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping residents and prospective tenants. Zaelyn made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free, answered every question clearly, and stayed on top of every detail. Her customer service and work ethic truly stand out, and she represents the community exceptionally well.
I was originally scheduled to move into my apartment on 12/1/25, but my move-in date was pushed to 12/5/25 due to a supposed delay in gas inspection approval. This made no sense, as the apartment is completely electric. Management somehow did not know this, despite requiring me to set up a gas account beforehand.
I was also explicitly told the apartment was “internet ready.” As of today, 2/3/26, it is not. This is a brand-new construction, and the entire building was never wired for internet. For the past two months, management has blamed Xfinity, but I have spoken with Xfinity multiple times. The issue is simple: the building needs to be wired. They just need to send a team to wire all 20 apartments. At this point, it appears management does not want to pay to fix their mistake.
Reliable internet was non-negotiable for me, as I have an online student, and I specifically asked about this before signing the lease. I was told it was ready, but that was not true. I am currently forced to rely on wireless internet, which is unreliable and unacceptable.
Maintenance is also severely understaffed for a complex of this size. A simple mailbox key took a week to make. I requested touch-up paint and still have not received it. Many work orders take over a week, are closed without being completed, or are completed poorly. When maintenance does come, they often leave a mess behind.
Pest control is ineffective. While the building does not have roaches, spiders are a serious issue. I have been bitten four times. The pest control worker barely inspected my unit and only stepped into the laundry room before leaving.
We have also had multiple pipe bursts, including another one this past Friday. It feels like there is always something going wrong. I have spent more time living out of my apartment than in it due to so many nuances.
Management communication is consistently vague and dismissive, usually delivered through leasing agents who seem just as uninformed. No one appears to know what is going on, and accountability is nonexistent.
After giving ample time for these issues to be addressed, I am leaving this review to document my experience. The level of incompetence and lack of follow-through from management is unacceptable.
I expect management to respond with concrete solutions, specific actions, and timelines for correcting these issues instead of generic apologies and scripted replies. I as well as all residents deserve transparency and accountability.
