  First, Cristian in the leasing office was super helpful. Answered all my questions, was knowledgeable about the property and location, and wasn't afraid to say he didn't know and get back to me. I was nervous for my first time moving into an apartment by myself, but Cristian made it much easier for me, 10/10 service. Apartment was nice and clean, no maintenance issues. Minor cosmetic damage like damaged trim or a loose cabinet door, but nothing serious.

  ​I recently had the pleasure of touring Dunwoody Crossing and the experience was top-tier. Christian, the leasing agent, was exceptional—professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the property’s unique features. It is clear that the entire management team operates at a high level. ​I was particularly and highly impressed by the Assistant Property Manager, Delshawn. His level of professionalism and dedication to customer service is rare to find. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the property and has a unique ability to make the entire process flow smoothly and efficiently. The quality of the units is stunning, but it’s the precision and professional courtesy of leaders like Delshawn that truly set this community apart. Highly recommend!

  I toured this apartment and had a really positive experience overall. Delshawn was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated being able to see the amenities and a model unit in person.

  One of the worst apartments experiences I’ve ever had. I should’ve known it would be bad when I attempted to move in and was told “you can’t because we’re short staffed”. I was supposed to get a free month but was still charged and threatened with eviction if I didn’t pay. Office staff is basically useless, but they’re always nice. Apartment walls are paper-thin and lastly, they have roaches. I ended up breaking my lease to move back home and the complex stated they’d attempt to recoup rent for months they can't lease the apartment. Do not lease here if you have other options.
